I am a developer and designer who specializes in web development and interactive multimedia. I teach a number of new media courses at The College of New Jersey as an Assistant Professor in the School of Arts and Communication.

Recently, I finished up my Master's degree from NYU's Interactive Telecommunication Program (ITP). During my time at NYU, I've developed a teaching and learning platform called Social Syllabus, which promotes the democratization of course content through the use of social media.

My interests include: web development, programming, interaction design, physical computing, graphic design, instructional technology, social media and art.

Description: Social Syllabus is a teaching and learning platform that promotes the democratization of course content through the use of social media. It enables instructors to develop dynamic course websites, collaborative learning spaces and professional networks.

Features include: live video broadcasting, audio recording, blog, wiki, calendar, rich authoring environment, inline media player, social media search, professional profiles, collaborative discussion and integration with existing social networks.
